You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website as you are entering into a contract.

Purchasing faulty electronics is serious business, we will not accept returns on items that have had attempted repairs or have been opened. Whilst we try out best to accurately test and grade items, if the condition or fault descriptions (see this reference) are incorrect (limited to what was listed as tested) you can organise a return within 14 days but must contact us prior, you will also be responsible for bearing the cost of this.

We will not release goods until payment has been received in full.

If making payment for goods via Paypal, we can only ship to the address you provide at the time of payment, by default this will be your billing address, however there is an option at the checkout to specify a different shipping address.

Any personal information collected from your order will never be sold or shared with third parties, it is used for our records only.

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch and will issue a full refund via the payment method that was used. We will contact you to let you know that the order has been cancelled and to confirm a refund has been issued.
