Postage with the U.K. is free for all orders

There is no minimum order value, you can order a single device.

Not yet, we are currently a mail order only company

Yes, we ship worldwide
When will my order be sent?
We aim to send all orders out within two working days (Monday to Friday)
When will I receive my order?
U.K. orders should be received within 3 working days of dispatch.
Which delivery companies/couriers do you use?
We currently use a combination of Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS and DPD for our deliveries. If you require a specific courier or service please contact us before placing an order to arrange this.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently process payments with Paypal, you can use your Paypal account or use a credit/debit card without a Paypal account. We also accept payment via Bank transfer, however you must contact us before placing your order to arrange this.
What is your returns policy?
Items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund if they do not match the condition described or if a function listed as OK is faulty. They cannot be returned if they have been opened or had attempted repairs.
